Andy had Saturday, Sunday, and Monday off and we were busy all weekend! I always hate seeing him go back to work, especially after having so many days off in a row. We took the kids to the Baltimore Aquarium and Hard Rock Cafe for the day on Monday and it was a lot of fun! What's better than checking out some awesome fish while rockin out to Three Days Grace and eating a huge BBQ burger?! It definitely wasn't the fiasco I was envisioning in my head LoL. We saw a dolphin show which is something we haven't done with them before. It was so neat! God made some awesome animals. Taylor learned from an educator there that octopuses are extremely intelligent and can navigate mazes and open lids on jars... it was crazy! We also saw a group of fish that were called blind tetras that only have eyes the first 2-3 months of life and then they fall out! I was so proud of Taylor, she kept her underwear dry the whole day! It was VERY uncrowded so the girls had free reign of the whole place. Taylor and Rylie were running everywhere yelling "NEMO!!!" "DORIE!!!" "BRUCY!!" "MR. RAY!" "DUDE CRUSH!" LoL! Every time we went up or down and escalator Rylie would say "Weeeeee!" really loud; so cute. I wore Seth most of the day and he loved looking at all the fish. He actually nursed/slept through the dolphin show LoL. We even sat in the "splash zone" for the girls so they could get a little wet and see the dolphins up close. I wish I had taken pictures but my horrible camera that I've had for 5 or 6 years finally bit the dust which means this mommy can finally get a Canon camera that she has so desperately wanted for close to 2 years now.
In other news.... Rylie said "I love you mom" for the first time today! My day just got a thousand times better :)
