My Little Man And His Big Sisters

Here I am this morning, STILL in disbelief that I'm having a son! As I took all the tags off his clothes and hung them up, put his little shoes, pants, and socks on the changing table (waiting for a dresser LoL) I couldn't help but look at the pile of little girl baby clothes on the floor and feel kinda sad being that we're hoping this is our last baby and I'll never get to use them again but the little boy stuff is growing on me as I'm getting used to the idea. Of course, Andy's already excited LoL. He's already talked about playing sports with him and buying him a baby Redskins Donovan McNabb jersey... typical Andy LoL. This morning Taylor said she can't wait to give "Seff" a bath and teach him how to dress cute (that's my girl!) and that Rylie and her were going to be good big sisters. Can I just say I love my little family and I feel so blessed! He wouldn't stop moving on the u/s, the tech said he's already getting into trouble LoL. He weighed a whopping 9oz hehe. My midwife appointment went well, I've actually LOST weight which makes my total at 1lb! Not too bad for being halfway through pregnancy a week from today! I saw the very first midwife I had with Rylie and as soon as she came in she didn't even say hi, she said SO, what is it?! and when I told her she said awww I bet Taylor and Rylie are going to be awesome big sisters. I told her that I successfully breastfed Rylie and she was so excited. I also informed her that I'll be having a natural birth this time and she really glad. I told her about what happened with the epidural with Rylie and she remembered me telling her when I was first pregnant with Rylie the only way I'd have a natural delivery was if it were an accident. She whipped out the chart and said yep, see it says here "wants epidural" LoL. She laughed and said she teaches natural birth classes at the hospital and said that she always hands out the papers that say "epidurals can cause heart problems, severe chronic pain, paralysis, ect." and the women always ask how often it is and she said not very but look at you Lisa, it CAN happen and I'm so sorry it did. I said yeah, keep that epidural the heck away from me, LoL! She gave me a huge hug and I set up my next appointment for July 6th. Anyway, I thought I'd share some pictures of the things we've bought our little dude :)
