Full Term!

Well, today I'm 37 weeks pregnant and officially full term, YAY!!! His lungs are fully developed and he can come at any point with no danger to him. I had an OB appointment yesterday. I gained no weight so I'm still at 12 or 13lbs gained total so far, my blood pressure looks good, but I was spilling sugar in my urine. It was most likely the McDonalds I had before I went in LoL. My Group B Strep test came back negative so that's great. I have an ultrasound set up for this Monday, Oct. 18th at 3:15 to check for growth and fluid levels thanks to the diabetes. My sugars are starting to go up some from what I can tell. My fasting sugars aren't supposed to be over 90 and today it was 117.. not good. His heart rate was in the 130s and he's measuring almost a week ahead. My cervix stayed the same, 1 centimeter dilated and 75% effaced. My next prenatal appointment is Oct. 20th, another one on the 28th, and my last one is set up for November 3rd and I'll be 39 weeks 6 days. I should know somewhere between the 28th and the 3rd as to when I'm being induced if he doesn't come on his own. I'm not sleeping more than 2-4 hours a night, my oldest has been a MONSTER this week, I'm in pain, and I'm completely burned out and exhausted. With my blood sugars starting to run higher the emotions are all out of whack and mix in the exhaustion... I pretty much cry a lot LoL. Trying to stay positive. Not much longer now...
